1 package orange-flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon orange rind
1 cup canned pumpkin
Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally until mixture begins to thicken. Chill until firm. Serves 4.
